"I love her. I want to make her proud. I'll do anything to make her proud. She deserves the best, and I just hope I can give her the best."
"I love him. I'll do anything for him. I'll make sure to give him everything he deserves. And he deserves the world."
"He purposefully annoys me and all because I am a noble. I cannot understand him sometimes. But it's nothing I can't handle. I can tell it's all an act anyway- just so he would appear all suave and macho. Sometimes he doesn't realize it but he shows genuine care and concern."
"Okay maybe he's not just like every other entitled noble, but he's absolutely unbelievable. It's not that he thinks too highly about himself, he's just overly optimistic! Obviously he hasn't been dealt the wrong side of the stick, and his view on the world is all sunshine and rainbows. But I guess there's nothing wrong with that on the surface- but soon his optimism will be shattered, and I don't think his fragile prince heart can take it."

Still terribly awkward, but they're moving into the relationship direction.
"The only person I could talk to when I was in middle school. He's a great guy, a great friend, another person who works too hard- but for a reason I'm willing to accept. It'll all be worth it, I bet. I wonder how he's doing now."
---
Shinai had only met and spent time with Neon when they both were in middle school. She had always assumed that he hung out with her out of either pity or interest, but when she asked, that was partly the case, but Neon had explained that he enjoyed her company as the days went by. She decided to label him as a friend before disappearing.
"I haven't heard that name in a long time. We spent a good amount of time when we were in middle school, and it was fun. She disappeared though, and I don't even know if she's alive or not, but she's a fighter, so I have a strong gut feeling that she is. She just seems like the type who would problemize something alone."
---
He approached Shinai because he thought she looked pretty lonely. She was very unresponsive at first, but as the days passed by he found out that she was really snarky and smart, and irritable and talkative and many more surprising things. He also knew that she was going through things, but he never believed that they were close enough to ask. When Shinai validated their friendship, he said he'd try to show her how much he cared... but she disappeared.
"Seven is really hard working and kind. I like that about him. He's fun to talk to, too. I learn a lot from him, like cooking, and chores, and I really appreciate it. Shinai would argue that it was pointless because I have maids and butlers, but I like to feel useful."

Sei lives with Seven and his sister, Shinai, in her suite. He learns daily activities from Seven such as chores and cooking, and sometimes he shows him around. Sei often confides with Shinai about how he is too kind and too hardworking, because he saw no need of Seven to work as much as he does.
"Good kid. I wish Shinai would learn from his obedience and manners. He's great company too. It's fun to baby him. He's gonna be a good heir someday."
---
Seven lives with Sei and Shinai, his sister, in her suite. He often teaches Sei about housework and everyday chores like grocery shopping and such. He treats the red head the same way he wished he treated Shinai when they were both younger.
"Seven and I would adopt Sei as a brother if we could, I mean, why not? He's adorable! But we don't really need papers to prove that our bond is close to family, plus I'm pretty sure Sei's father wouldn't want to lose an heir. Oh well. I'd protect him either way. He's so clueless and innocent, he NEEDS protection. Jesus Christ, if anyone dared to hurt him, I'd make sure that they'd regret it with every ounce of their future ruined reputation <3."
---
Shinai was hired by Sei's father to provide information about the companies competing against them. She usually visited for reporting, and that's when she and Sei met. They grew close, and Sei's father grew to trust her. To train Sei for the real world, he asks the information broker to show him the ropes around the outside world and keep an eye on him.
"Shinai is caring and brave. I look up to her. I sometimes find myself wishing I could be like her, but she convinces me that I'm at my best when I'm myself. She really likes hugs too. She told me not to tell anyone, but I don't see anything wrong with it."
---
He lives with Shinai and her adoptive brother, Seven, in a suite high up a skyscraper. Just a temporary place for him to find out more about the world. Shinai sometimes shows him around the city, but she's often busy. Seven makes up for it sometimes too, but he is handling multiple jobs as well. So Sei sometimes finds himself trying to explore the city himself, only to be picked up by Shinai and Seven when he gets lost- which is almost impossible because of his robotic dog, Chain.
"He works too hard, he's an idiot, ignorant, and too kind for his own good! I swear to God he's frustrating to watch sometimes! He'd deal with it even if it wasn't his problem, even if it didn't concern him! Ugh! He's such an idiot-- but I love him. Don't you dare tell him I said that!"
---
Shinai was adopted into the Yumi family when Seven took her in one cold night. Ever since they've been siblings, but due to the pressure of the world and other problems, she was forced to run away. But Seven finds her when he moves into the same city she ran away too.
"She gets into too much trouble. If I had a say in it, I'd want her to change her job, but I don't unfortunately. I just want her to be safe and live a normal life. But I guess this is the definition of normal for her. Oh what do I do with her? Well, as long as she's happy, I don't mind dealing with her. I guess that's what being a big brother is all about."
---
Seven knew he couldn't let that shivering girl go to an orphanage, so at the age of 14, he somehow convinced his parents to adopt Shinai. He regretted it though. He saw how his parents slowly regretted taking her in, and he saw how she didn't fit in the school she went to. He didn't thought it would push her to run away and he was devastated and he just wished he could be a better brother. When she returned, he was given another chance.
