In 2009, Minato and Minako Arisato had returned to Tatsumi Port Island after ten years, and the chain of events that followed led to Nyx being sealed away by Minato. But over thirty years later, another Shadow incident is brewing... 

Satomi Kirijo has been studying abroad in America for the past three years, but now she is moving back to Port Island to start attending Iwatodai University. But not all is peaceful... her classmates are disappearing, only for their bodies to reappear. And the reason why seems to be tied to Yggdrasil, the Shadow nest that exists as a parallel world to Port Island. Ragnorak is approaching... and she needed to stop it.
