waffled a bit on what to make the title of this, but i figured a warning would be succinct and telling enough: my mum suddenly passed away on the 27th at 46 years old, which was a shock and probably about the most heartbreaking thing i've dealt with or will ever deal with. lots happening on my end between funeral planning and the succession process of taking over our house, on top of now being responsible for my younger brother which is a massive shock to say the very least. i'm 25 and it's not really something you expect to come at you so fast

I don't make adoptables with any sort of consistency but sometimes I resell my old personal designs, so I thought I had better make a TOS! Fairly simple things:

•  Once you have purchased a design from me, said design is yours now.
• Name, gender, backstory, etc, are all up to you; I delete a character's previous information when I resell them and these may not be reused as I tend to recycle concepts.
• You can change the design as you please, all I ask is that they're not to be made unrecognizable.
• Resells are permitted, but you can't resell for more than you bought them for unless additional art is added.
• I don't permit my designs to be used in portraying incestual themes, pedophilia, any form of shipping content between a minor (under the age of 18) and an adult, nazi ideologies, or promoting hate speech of any other kind.

i've seen the recent BS regarding NFTs and have decided to put my characters on authorization only for the time being, because people continue to not be trusted -- if you'd like to be added to the auth list, feel free to let me know! a lot of people are still on there from the art fight thief fiasco but if you aren't then i'll add you no problem :>
