About commissions: It usually takes me a few days to finish a piece, depending on what is being done. A headshot, for example, may be completed that day, or the following day. A full body, fully shaded piece would take me much longer, due to the complexity. I try to push myself as hard as I can to complete a piece in a timely manner. I send WIPs throughout the whole process, but before I start a commission, I need full payment up front after sketch approval. If you fail to do so, I will not complete your commission. Please remember that I am human and may have bad days. Not saying it's all the time, but I let my commissioners know when I need to take a break. I hope this is understandable! I am a stay at home parent, so that plays a part into my time put into commissions as well. I try my best to be on time. I only accept a few commissions at a time to make sure I don't over work myself ~ You will receive a high quality, unwatermarked, transparent version. If your commission has a background, I will also include a transparent image of your character!

Payments: I DO NOT do payment plans, I'm sorry. All payments must be through Paypal or DeviantArt. I DO NOT do refunds, either.
