BASIC TERMS

- My designs are NEVER to be utilized for any purposes related to Web3 integration, cryptocurrency, AI generation, or NFTs. Violation of this term will subject the buyer to a termination of terms fee and will forfeit all rights to any design created by I, the designer.
- My designs are NEVER to be be used for any purposes related to bigotry, hate speech, or the sexualization of children or animals. Violation of this term will subject the buyer to a termination of terms  fee and will forfeit all rights to any design created by I, the  designer.
- Upon purchase of design ownership, buyers have full personal, non-commercial rights to the character. This includes but is not limited to: original character activity such as personal art creation and commission, writing, and any form of media that is not monetized in any way.
- Commercial purposes including but not limited to any form of monetized media (V-tuber avatar streaming, videos, published print for profit, etc.) is not included in purchase permissions by default. Any commercial use either at purchase of ownership or afterwards must provide to me, the designer, an agreed-upon commercial licensing fee.
- I, the designer, reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason.

PURCHASING

- When purchasing a listing, payment is done via PayPal and is expected within 24 hours unless a hold of up to 72 hours is agreed upon otherwise.
- Holds are NOT for purchase decisions, they are to be used when the buyer is physically unable to access their payment method or is awaiting money to be able to purchase the design.
- If payment is not provided within the 24 hours and there are no reasonable terms given by the buyer otherwise, then the buyer will be blacklisted from all design purchases. This can be prevented if the buyer contacts me, the designer, as soon as possible so that a smooth cancellation can be made.
- Refunds are not permitted for any reason.
- Paid subscribers of my Patreon have benefits rights to claim leftover designs without paying the listed adoptable price. Sweet Villagers ($1) and Local Warriors ($5) can claim ONE chibi-sized adoptable per month. Master Heroes ($15) and Chosen Ones ($25) can claim ONE chibi-sized adoptable and ONE full-sized adoptable per month. 

DESIGN TERMS

- Changes to the purchased design are permissible, with the exception of: erasing disabilities, whitewashing skin color, or drastically changing physique.
- Alternative designs related to the original purchased design, i.e. "human forms", "anthro forms", "kemono forms", etc., are permitted on the condition they are connected to the original design and not resold as separate characters.
- The original artwork provided with the design purchase cannot be edited directly in any way.

REDISTRIBUTION TERMS

- Requested permission for a design buyer to redistribute (trade, gift, or re-sell) a design is not necessary.
- Re-sale price may be equivalent to the value of the original design purchase in addition to the value of any additional accompanied original art (including self-made.)
