✦ IMPORTANT

• I reserve the right to decline any commission without the need to provide an explanation.

✦ PAYMENT

• Commissions over $15
  50% upon sketch approval + 50% after viewing the final piece (before delivery).
• Commissions of $15 or less
  Full payment upon sketch approval.

✦ TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)

• Estimated delivery: 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on complexity and current workload.
• Time may be extended due to personal reasons, health issues, or force majeure (notice will be given).

✦ PROCESS

• Updates will be provided during the sketch / lineart / coloring stages.

✦ USAGE & PERMISSIONS

• Allowed: personal use only (icons, profile pictures, original characters, etc.).
• Not allowed:
  • Reselling the artwork
  • NFTs
  • AI usage or model training
  • Commercial use without prior agreement

✦ COPYRIGHT

• I retain full copyright of the artwork.
• I may post the commission on social media, my portfolio, or ToyHouse, unless privacy is requested in advance.
• Credit is appreciated whenever the artwork is used.

✦ COMMUNICATION & CONDUCT

• Communication will be mainly through Discord (email as an alternative).
• Clear and respectful communication is expected at all times.
• Abusive behavior may result in commission cancellation without a refund.
