rules for my art that are always to be followed!

COMMISSIONS

- my prices are negotiable to a certain extent! i'm happy to work something out with those who are genuinely interested.

- payment will be accepted upfront through paypal or ko-fi. your commission will not be started until i've received full payment. please do not send payment until we've agreed upon your commission!

- after i have received payment, you can request a full refund up until i've finished the sketch, at which point a partial refund will be given.

- you can request any edits at any time, but any big edits (such as pose, outfit, expression, etc) must be made at the sketch phase. since i do traditional sketches with digital finishing, any major edits that would have to be made to the sketch will essentially require me to start the entire piece over. requests like these after already approving the sketch will result in an extra charge, sorry! 

- i reserve the right to refuse any commission as i see fit. i may do this for various reasons, be it that i'm not confident in my ability to fulfill a certain request or my discomfort with the subject of the request.

- i try to finish commissions as soon as possible, but i am a college student and i will always prioritize my education and real life obligations over commissions. on average, i tend to take two weeks to one month to finish a commission, but i will communicate with you if this cannot be met! please be patient ^^

- if you find small mistakes in your art after the commission has been completed, such as missing pixel areas of color, please message me and i'll fix it free of charge! i might also message you for the same reason. while i try to do my best to completely fill in each pixel, i definitely make mistakes and tend to notice them days or even weeks after i've finished a drawing T^T

- i allow my art to be reuploaded onto other sites as long as proper credit is given! linking back to the same platform as you're posting on is preferred, but if i don't have whatever site then link back to my toyhouse!

- i do not allow my art to be sold as nfts (non fungible tokens)

I WILL DRAW

- most animal species! i can struggle with reptiles but generally i can draw any animal you like ^^

- humans/humanoids

- canon characters from most fandoms

- ship art (oc x oc, oc x canon, canon x canon, anything!)

- suggestive art/artistic nudity (must be 18+ to order)

- mild gore/blood

I CANNOT OR WILL NOT DRAW

- any nsfw/fetish art

- proship or sexualized minors

- any hateful symbols/stereotypes

- certain fandoms, canon or oc characters (hazbin hotel, dsmp, steven universe, etc)

- anthropomorphized objects

- real people

- complicated props (vehicles, weapons, mecha) if you're not sure whether something counts, ask!

- heavy or realistic gore

- another person's art style

DESIGNS

- all the above rules for commissions apply!

- when requesting a custom design, please be as specific as you can! i can work from as little as a moodboard if that's truly what you want, but generally i do my best work when given more guidance!

- i will send many work in progress shots to make sure what i'm making is something you'll love! unless instructed otherwise, you will see a sketch, a few color mockups to choose from, and the final image. i can give more or less updates depending on whether you want to be surprised or want more to say during the design process, just communicate with me!

- i will upload the finished design to toyhouse and then transfer them to you when completed!

- any design made by me can be altered or redesigned at any time

- do not resell my designs for more than what you purchased them for unless additional art has been added

- if reselling one of my designs, please let me know! i might be interested in buying them back ^^

- obviously i cannot enforce this but please look into who you're selling my designs to! i don't want them to go to weirdos T^T

ADOPTABLES

- i accept usd, art, and character trades for adopts! usd will usually be prioritized over other methods of payment

- if offering art, i will not transfer the character to you until the art has been completed!

- do not resell my designs for more than what you purchased them for unless additional art has been added! if they were traded for art or designs, resale for currency is not permitted unless additional art is added

- if reselling one of my designs, please let me know! i might be interested in buying them back ^^

- obviously i cannot enforce this but please look into who you're selling my designs to! i don't want them to go to weirdos T^T
