These are just some basic and hopefully understandable rules upon my characters/blacklist. No they are not overthetop rules such as "you cannot be traded a character i have created/owned if you aren't on my trusted list". If you have a problem or some rules do not align with one another, please contact me on Instagram at _Orangesfpop_ or in this post. Please be aware i am mainly active on other platforms and rarely come online in ToyHouse.

CHARACTERS

• do not offer anything if the character isn't in the Adoption Center folder
• if you are wondering about a character's status that is not contained in the Adoption Center folder, ask me on Instagram (_orangesfpop_). Some characters are meant to be in the folder but are never placed since i only keep mental notes. (please note my inbox may sometimes will be locked due to other drama)
• please update me on Instagram if a character was made out of hatred by another (this has happened beforehand and was resolved immediately)
• please do not get upset and throw backlash if you weren't chosen among other offeries. It is quite understandable to be upset about not receiving a character you really wanted.
• if you want to make a similar design to one of my characters, please inform me to avoid any drama.
• you can use any color my characters contain. I do not own colors
• you can use any theme a character contains. I do not own themes
• you can use similar items a character contains. Many character items in the mlp fandom are quite overused, therefore i do not own those item ideas

• you cannot buy any character unless another user contains them in their sales folder (or whatnot). Basically you will have to get them elsewhere other than my page.
• if you are interested in a character and are having someone else buy them, your friend/buddy/acquaintance WILL have to pay 2x the price or what was originally offered.
• you cannot fully copy them/"steal them back", it will not resolve any bias-ness you have towards me
• if you make a spite character, I will simply warn others. This also allows me to make a spite oc of that spite oc as you have opened the grounds for such a thing.
• do not attempt to mend anything if you have been terrible to any of my friends/colleagues and myself. I hold grudges till my death.
• *NEW* Causing a scene in any platform, whether its with true or false information, will not have you removed from the blacklist nor will it change any aspects i have of you.
• Sending others towards me will only cause them to be added to the blacklist and blocked indefinitely.
  
• The reasons to your blacklist will not be hidden unless another user of the situation/drama has stated otherwise.

And any of running's friends for victimizing her when she started everything on her own. Do not bother commenting, you will be blocked immediately.

      *Considers no one else may have certain traits from their closed species despite them knowing those are common items/features on other characters

      *Doesn't allow others to have similar YCH's such as Switch w/ pony YCH (ych ideas are highly common amongst the mlp community of Instagram)

-Ponytownearchives/PonyTowne/ponypaloooza/Bennie/Ponytownes(twt)

     *This is self explanatory due to their crimes against the mlp fandom ((edited updates on 06/04/23))

     *(theft, copying characters without proper reasons, Feral nsfw, tracing, exploitation of others, falsified accusations based on emotions, victimization after backlash/proven wrong upon accusations, spite characters without reasoning, using followers to attack others on false reasonings, little to no ability to communicate properly, falsified information, excusing actions with illnesses/neurodivergentness, causing drama despite wanting no more drama, immature behavior towards others, low inability to handle situations, etc)

-Beauestelle (Instagram handle):

    *Deadnaming Fynn (paraloona on Instagram) over a trait within their closed species (it was recently confirmed that it was not a closed species as beau stated in their discord since it has been forgotten, therefore it is for anyone's use)

    *As of 11//14/22, they are continuing to showcase public immaturity towards Fynn on the belief that they are giving them 'Karma" for not agreeing to their terms despite Fynn's attempt to work something out 

-kawaii_miles_kun (Instagram handle)

    *faslifying information on their blacklist upon Blorry (Instagram). 

    *Trying to bring others into the situation when they are not apart of the situation at hand (Ex: Gibby's boyfriend Nebula on discord). 

    *Attempting to scam WonderianAj by selling Nebula the oc without informing or ending the trade before re-reselling said oc. 

    *Attempting to guilt trip by using illnesses and neurodivergentcy + other methods. Placing blame/shame on other parties instead of admitting the problems they are causing. 

    *Extremely rude towards others when being attempted to resolve a situation. In other words, "a rotten spoiled brat didn't get their way."

-Pizzaplexed (instagram handle):

    *Disrespected my belief upon the dead by claiming i was trying to "scare others into not dissing Queen Elizabeth's death" (simply was explaining on my story that ponytowne was sending their friends/goons to find who was talking ill mannered of her for dancing to the queens death and gave my own explanation as to why I hadn't done such an action)
