hey yall i made a separate account for furry and feral adopts ghostyetrickster also gonna be for lineart/base/pose credits so it doesn’t clog up my art page ^_^ i’m really excited & i have some stuff already posted if yall are interested hehe

Designs

• Use or upload of my designs/characters or their artwork without permission is not allowed.
• Use of heavy referencing or copying designs by me is not allowed and is subject to penalty.
• Original characters bought or traded from me cannot be sold at a higher price alone (This excludes any artwork made after).
• Purchased Designs may be modified. If a character is so heavily modified that it is indistinguishable from original design you may credit OG as inspiration, and I may retract the original design.
• Designs/Characters bought from me that are uploaded outside of Toyhouse must be linked/credited back to my profile at least once.
• Gifted or free characters are NOT allowed to be resold/traded/regifted without a new additional piece of art (to prevent getting floated around/breaks in t.o.s.)

•  I reserve copyright to all my artwork, any reproduction for sale or otherwise will be penalized.
• Commissions are for personal use only, Commissions may not add worth in resales beyond the original cost spent for the artwork.
• Gifted/free and Traded art may not be sold for any reason, nor add monetary value to characters
• Tracing, modifying or copying is not allowed.
• Uploading my art to a third party website without permission or credit is not tolerated.
