Hey I really love your character designs like a lot. They really inspire me! I just wanted to ask you if you could try to shed some light on what goes into your thought process with character designs. Like how do you decide what shapes and colors you use. It doesn't have to be like straight up like a tutorials or like other professional artists do when they give advice I just want to know how you do it. I would also like it if you could tell me what inspires you to write about your ocs if that's okay. You do not have to if you don't want to cause ya know we are both strangers and I do not want to pressure you into anything. I just really love your art and your characters and your stories and your creative process just makes me curious! thank you for your interest in my work omg :,))) it means a lot!! this is kind of a general question, but ill do my best! i use lots of references of subjects to use as inspiration for characters. in the case of cat designs, it can be already existing cats i find while searching for images, or plants/animals/objects/aesthetics that i wanna use as motifs in their designs. for shapes and colors, i just keep their personality and motifs and things i want to get across in their design in mind. soft shapes for kind characters, sharp shapes for mean/evil characters. hope that helped?? ,:D

I'm a huge fan of yours, from Youtube, but I don't have an account there (Which is why I'm not subbed to you) so I wanted to say here how cool your art is and how much I love and get inspired by your MAP parts!! I also wanted to comment about your Frecklereed MAP parts- because they're so good!! I love this ship now! I have a bit of an AU- (Bear with me, I haven't read Mapleshade's vengeance in a hot second) so, Mapleshade tries to kill Freckle and she thinks she's killed her, but the snake that bit her wasn't actually poisonous and the patrol finds her before she dies. So, Frecklewish survives. After Maple kills Appledusk, Reedshine runs into Thunderclan to get revenge on Mapleshade, but her kits come in Thunderclan camp and she ends up spending a bunch of time in the Thunderclan med cat den where she and Freckle meet and raise her kits together? Anyways, thanks for being such a big inspo!
