OMG I'm so glad! The answer arcs are actually insane, so I'm really excited for you to get to those! All of them really get into mental health and politics, the writing is so insane T_T I love it
If you like Higurashi I'd definitely recommend Umineko too, it starts off a little slow but it's so great (and it's where Ryushiki really starts getting into questioning gender if you're interested in that)

She's so funny!! I love everyone who worked on Higurashi T_T I'm not sure if you've seen any interviews but Ryushiki mentions in one of them how he used to work in social services for children and you can tell with how nuanced his conversations are about children and teens lived experiences esp w trauma *crying* he's so good.. I love how he approaches all his teen/kid charas w such a level of empathy... I love his work LOL I'm so glad you're enjoying it!!!!
