By Requesting my service (applies to both commissions and adopts/my designs), you automatically agree to the following;

✦ I hold the right to decline my services to anyone.
✦ I retain the rights to use all of my commissioned work in my portfolio

1. PAYMENT
a. Upfront payments should be made within 24 hours of me accepting.
b. All paypal/money payments should be made in GBP as i cannot use any other currency.
c. If you try to chargeback me / actually make a chargeback you better believe you'll be put on my blacklist and i'll make a public psa about it.
d. All paypal payments should be made via invoice & all point payments should be made via commission widgets unless i say otherwise!
e. No refunds will be issued, an only exception to this is if I initiate the refund process first. If you ask for one the answer will be no.
    - This is because I am not financially stable enough to give them out, please do not come at me saying this is unfair because its really not when you think about it.

2. PAYMENT PLANS
a. I do accept payment plans but they are only for payments over £100.
b. For things above £200 i would like an upfront payment of £50 and the rest to be cleared within one month
c. For things above £400 i would like an upfront payment of £100 and the rest to be cleared within two months.
d. all files will only be sent once i receive full payment.

3. COMMISSIONS
a. I take my time with commissions, so do not bug me for updates as I don't give them out !
    - The reason I take so long is because I have a lot going on at home and a lot on my mind, so asking for updates stresses me out q.q
b. I do not send out wips, its your responsibility to send me the most up to date ref !
c. I do not start on any commissions without first receiving payment.

4. ADOPTS
a. VOUCHERS, GIFTS, RESALES & TRADES
  • VOUCHERS
  - I'm not really sure how vouchers work so until i get more informed about them I will not accept them.
  • GIFTS/TRADES
  - Once a design is traded/gifted it looses all of its monetary value.
  - Gifting / Trading is allowed !
  - Tell me before you resell/trade a character, and tell me the new owner so i can keep track.
  • RESALES
  - Only resell the character for how much you spent on them.
  - Art You have drawn / free art does not count towards their worth. Neither does sentimental value.

b. EDITS & WIPS
  - Again, I do not give out wips!
  - If you do not like something about the design please notify me and tell me if you plan on doing any changes, just dont edit my original art please!

5. OTHER/MISCELLANEOUS RULES
  - When uploading to toyhou.se credit my account honeybees
  - Do not trade/sell designs to anyone on this list - Blacklist
  - Please tag me in the first thing you draw of a design if you have adopted it from me!
