Erkla (Universe)

My tertiary universe! Magic doesn't exist here, but a few things have magic-like properties. People's eyes have symbols in them as pupils, and those symbols reflect a key trait of each individual's personality.
(What each symbol means is mostly just made up)

All the characters here live in a country on their planet called Rotary. Some of them are part of Rotary's government, called the Qotchain. The Qotchain exists as part of an elaborate murderous scheme put together by Annabelle, which the other members are all unaware of.
