I'm honestly still not sure how to get good pictures of traditional artwork. I'm so happy you like all of them of so much!! I loved reading your extremely kind comments on each piece that I drew. ;___; All of your OCs are so fun and full of life. I had fun getting to draw them. I'd love to draw them again and also draw some of your characters I haven't drawn yet, especially your clown boys. To be honest, I've been apprehensive of drawing traditionally, aside from sketches. I'm too reliant on the the "undo" tool that drawing digitally offers now. :'D It's strange because I used to draw and color traditionally all the time. I figured I'd start out again by just doing small doodles to get back into again.

That's so cute that Rex was based on Poe!! I see the resemblance, with his eye-covering bangs. This might be too on the nose with the comparison to Karl, but I can picture Rex having another bear with raccoon-like markings and stripes.

On the subject of OC lore again-- Tastic was another character I wanted to inquire about! When you have the time, if you have any information on his personality/history or any character quirks that you'd want to share with me, I'd absolutely love it. I always end up calling him "Tastic Fantastic" in my head.

ohhh! Tastic is super fun lol

he was one of my favorite characters to write, he's veeery eccentric :D He has a stutter so when he talks he stumbles around a lot, tho he has sort of a blank personality and talks low and quiet. he isn't really shy tho,, he isn't exactly a kuudere either? when people ask him stuff, he always avoids answering honestly. for example: in a situation where Tastic did NOT kill someone but was being asked about it, this would happen!

person: did you kill this person?

tastic: probably

so like, he would say "probably" very often :D he LOVES candy and sweets. if someone eats a candy in front of him he gets reeaaaaaaaaaaally pissed off :"D his favorite kind of sweet is ice cream. he also has an ability to absorb ghosts and demons so if he has one around him, even if the demon does not want it, they will begin possessing him.

hh honestly,,, i tried to remember his backstory, but i cant remember it omg ;w;;;;; if you have further questions feel free to ask!!!!!!!!!

Waaaa thank you so much for all the information on Tastic!! :D I appreciate it a lot! The things you come up with for your characters are always so intriguing and creative. You obviously put a lot of thought into them. It really makes me want to step up my character lore game. I adore how eccentric you wrote Tastic to be. I really like that a lot for him. The initial concept I had surrounding Tastic's personality was really different from what he was actually like when you had him! I headcanoned him to be kind of hyperactive and almost sort of gremlin-like-- Somewhat playful and mischievous. I guess that loving sweets so much that you get mad when someone else eats them in front of you is kind of like "gremlin" behavior, so I was kind of right. xD

Him being able to absorb ghosts and demons is so cool. ;__; I feel like that goes so well with his design, too. His gray-ish skin gives me spooky, almost undead vibes, so you know something's up with him right off the bat. It's interesting to learn that the piece you drew where Tastic has tentacles coming out of his eye is actually relevant to his story! Also, Princess and Tastic becoming a genetic fusion is the opposite of lame! It's super cool. Even though it's by supernatural means, I feel like that almost gives a sci-fi element to Tastic's character.

I'm glad you think I did well with him <3 Nya your lore is amazing aaaaa I love the stuff you do with characters,, they're adorable, your OCs are like children I want to protec uwu lol, well he could have gremlin moments :D Normally stoic, but turns into a huge spoiled brat when it's time to leave the ice cream parlor XD

"oh this is asha and they have teeth growing in their guts uwu" me like "this is wolf and he hangs around the dentists often to creepily sneak n and eat every tooth on stealth mode, then the dentist has to throw him out, the dentist's office needs to go and get better security loooool" i dunno i just think that makes it funnier XD

I'm sorry that you felt that you had to change details about your character because other people were using them as well. I mean, you came up with that idea for Wolf first, why should you have to change it? :< I get not wanting to have that association and why it would kind of sour that idea for you, though. I do love Wolf being a tooth eater instead. I think that's a lot funnier as well. What a little freak. xD

Also, I know exactly who you're talking about. I even remember that specific detail about the teeth growth inside them that they had for that particular character. I used to be a big fan of them when I was younger. Uh, not so much anymore. |D

so, of course. his eyepatch. if he takes it off, nothing happens- it's an empty eye socket. nothin special but after a little while of being uncovered, some tentacles will begin making their way out of his eye from internally. he accidentally absorbed an eccentric tentacle demon once, named Princess, who can use him as a vessel if he lets the tentacles out far enough.

Princess had a different design than Tastic and they would turn into a genetic fusion of them when posessing him |D <-- that is kinda unoriginal and lame tho LOL

I've been playing the Sims 3 lately, and I thought these screenshots I took were funny and Poe-esque. The raccoons in this game terrorize my sims family. Almost everyday they knock over the trash can ;w;. I hope Karl is better behaved than that at least. This one knocked over the can, then immediately took a nap on my front lawn and started dreaming of trash.

wahh omg that is the best!! XD verysuper Poe indeed!!! karl is a very well behaved and loved raccoon. he sits on Poe's head and be's cute and does nothing else :D

I saw on your stamp that you're using Clip Studio Paint now. Is this your first time using it? How do you like it? I switched from Paint Tool SAI to CSP a little under a year ago, and I think it's a pretty good program.

Ohh... The last copy of CSP i had was waaaaaaaay back in 2016. I'm sort of new to it. I'm still readjusting tho :3 i like it, as usual its the best art program for anime artists. i've used sai in the past too, its fun and easy but i suck at using it hhhh

Oh, okay! I'll fill you in on some of the new features they've added, then! If you want, I can also recommend you some brushes from the assets store that I like! :> They have a ton of good ones for free. Yeah, I wasn't too good at using SAI either. I always had trouble configuring the brushes. I made some nice things with it, though.

- As of last December, they added a feature where you can now import Photoshop brushes now. They don't always work 100% as intended, but as long as they have an .abr filetype, you should be able to use them in CSP. If you go into File > Preferences > Brush-type cursor and pick Brush Shape, you can also now change the cursor so it will be the shape of the brush tip instead of just being an oval by default.

- The newest major update they did in June, they added new default brushes (the pencil brush, thick oil paint, wet wash, etc. are all brand new), updated some existing brushes (chalk, crayon, oil paint brush, etc.), and also removed some of the default brushes? I don't really know why they did that, but you can still get them. You just have to download them yourself now:

- The brushes they updated are generally better now. I kept the old ones, though, because they're a bit different. If you want the older versions, they're included in the brush packs above. Example of a few differences:

1. The first one is Tomo/Nene, whichever one would be best with short hair, tho when I drew it I had Tomo in mind! :3 The second was is Midori. The guy in the traditional pic is Jun. He was trying on a new outfit for that picture, one that didn't get brought back :3

2. Yeah, that's the only pic. His name was Naze (Nah-zay) Japanese formal word meaning "Why" which is also written on the top of that particular artwork. Uhh lesse... He basically existed in my head as an enigma, so he didn't have an actual design, if you want him, you can make him however you want UwU (gosh that stash link sure was a vibe check for me gosh xDD The Teddycult picture caught me waaay off guard |D)

Heyo! c: Right now, I am working on filling in the CUTE~VOMITS' profiles with some basic information about each of them, and I was wondering if you had any world or species lore that you could share with me? If I recall correctly, Nene and Tomo (as well as a few of the other patient characters) are medicakes. Are Kimiko and Fumiko regular humans?

In addition to that, I wanted to ask if it would it be okay to upload this image to the character with the Monokuma hair accessories? I would crop out your info.

"Medicake empire"! <3 I love that term. I've honestly been toying with the idea of making a Vomitsona, just as like... An incredibly self-indulgent, non-canon character. Hime was a part of Hoshi, but I don't mind separating them, it's true that he looks nice next to my other OCs. I'll probably keep him <:D Asuka and Fumie were part of a book called Jelly Heaven, so ye they aren't VOMITS characters. I'm not sure if you like or want them, but it's OK if you do/don't. I had a lot of OCs and Fumie and Asuka were a few that I just couldn't get the ball rolling with lol.

And it's all good! Again, I don't remember like 96% of these pictures and I have missed the other 4% a lot. So I'm happy you've gone looking for them, I thought they were lost forever *U*

So it's a little tedious trying to search for them, but at the same time, it's like a treasure hunt. XD I'm surprised at how many I was able to find; I got lucky because one blog I found had a ton of your posts on them.

I'm surprised I got all of them right. o.o A majority of them I just found all on one person's blog archive (the blog that had the Asuka and Fumie drawing on), though, and it also helped that most Tumblr posts retain the username of the person who posted it, even if the original blog is deleted. Also, I'll delete them all out of my Stash soon (unless you wanted me to wait so you could save them).

You're right, it's Nene and Quack (Beta)! And it is Akemi's old design. If I remember correctly, the military one is Nene. And the lil bouncy Tomo gif was drawn by Menses-chan :3

This is a random, dumb question, but I am genuinely so indecisive. _(:3」∠)_

I wanted to watermark the images for the characters you gave me, but I am not sure if I should go with the default Toyhou.se watermark (center), the default Toyhou.se watermark (tile), or maybe even use a custom watermark. I want people to be able to see all the cute artwork... But I also want to protect it. so I'm conflicted.

It's OK to use any watermark you like, I could make you a pixel watermark with your name if you want as well... like the ones I used to make for myself :D You would just gotta tell me what color scheme and if you want it to tile or center. But I don't mean to imply you HAVE to take me up on this offer ahaaha <3 And of course, at the same time, I don't mind you putting watermarks on my artwork, it's all yours now, so <3

I made a few versions, so you can use them or put them wherever you want!! The ones with crosshatching work nicely as a tiled watermark, but you don't need to use those if you don't want to!!
