By obtaining my designs, through purchase or other means, you agree to the following;

You will not "flip" a design without additional art.
*this entails purchasing a character only to
resell/retrade it for more than it was bought

You do not trace or "heavily reference" my artwork.
*obviously you may replicate the design (if you own it) or copy a pose when recreating art for a character that you
own. This mostly applies to linework.

You will not crop out my signature (if present) for any reason.

If a design is part of a closed/open species, you abide by the species rules.
*You do not need my permission to transfer a design
out-of-species

You do not turn any of my designs into any open/closed/personal species unless given permission to do so.

You do not make any modifications to the original artwork.
*You do not need permission to change up a
design if you are having a new reference created

You will be sure to credit "Shadeyenova" as the creator of the piece where needed.
*You may make as many adjustments to your
design as you see fit, but please be sure to leave
 credit regardless of the changes made.

You reserve the right to decide anything about your character/design.
*But do make note that if there's anything grossly
 extreme associated with the design
(rape/cp/nazi/homophobia/etc) and it's brought
 to my attention, you will be blocked.

If I have you blocked and/or vice versa AFTER you have already been in possession of my art/designs, you still respect this TOS
*Regardless of my status with you, you are permitted
to continue to use any design of mine that you own.

My art/designs should not be gifted to nor sold to the following users
*Depending on circumstance, anyone aiding these users
around this rule will be blocked and added to the list
