in general, i am fine with my designs being altered, my artwork being edited, and you are fine to use my designs commercially as long as you don’t claim them to be your own (you also may want to contact me first to make sure it is not based off a pre existing character). i like to check on my designs so giving me perms to see them is appreciated, but not necessary.

THE USE OF AI ART ON ONE OF MY DESIGNS CONSTITUTES AN IMMEDIATE BLOCK & I WILL ABANDON THE WORK AS THE DESIGNER. DO NOT ASSOCIATE ME WITH OR FEED MY ART TO AI. 

my blacklist consists of people who should never be traded one of my designs. if i see that you have traded one of my designs to one of these people against my wishes, you will be blocked.
