By commissionning me or buying any adopt from me you agree to my terms of service. Failing to respect them might result in you getting blacklisted!

GOLDEN RULE:

-If you start being rude/yell at me instead of taking the situation calmly you can get blacklisted. If you do it while offerring for a adopt the oc will only get transferred to you if you completed the payment+apologize . If this happens while the payment is not done and you refuse to change anything/you fight back, you will not get ownership of the oc+end up blacklisted

-Payment must be done upfront (payment plans are still allowed if theres atleast 50% upfront but can go lower depending on the amount of $)

-If offerring art it must be finished in max 2 weeks (can be discussed if theres a big amount or an animation)

-I only do full refunds if i have not started on the commission and i decide i can't draw it

-Partial refunds can only be done if i've started on the comm and i am not close to finishing it

-I have the right to decline any commission without giving any explaination

-If a design by me is traded, the worth of the design will be the worth of the character you traded it for

-I must have access to all the owners of my designs! If you block me i will use alt accounts to contact you to unblock me. If you refuse to cooperate you will get blacklisted
