1. ownership  

• designs are encouraged to be changed as much as wanted to comply to your liking. changes can be as dramatic as desired. species can be changed.
• artistic credit cannot be removed at any time. you may however secondarily credit yourself or another artist if the changes implied follow necessary crediting. 
• do not sell my designs for higher prices other than the original price if you have not yet accumulated any monetary value to the character. 

2. transactions & trading

•   as long as every transaction is trusted and fair by each individual and complies to the ownership’s guide, i am not affiliated with how and what you choose to sell the design for. that is your choice. i will not find any personal involvement in an owner of my design unless they have scammed, unjustly profited, or have stolen others’ belongings with my designs. please do come to me if you have any personal questions though, related or unrelated! i am always prided in answering any questions needed! 
• i do not revoke designs. i will only do this in an instance where scamming and/or illegal activities are being taken place. please contact me if this occurs without my knowledge. ultimately, please be responsible and respectful as an individual, whether owning my designs or not. 

3. consequence & action

• if necessary, blacklists will be enacted for individuals who have broken service rules. i will evaluate each violation with the individual to discuss and process consequences.
