Adoptables TOS

Terms may differ for every adoptable and if so I will state that in the character description but here are my general terms:

• Willing to negotiate on adopts with fixed prices
• If you choose to hold on an adopt but I don't hear from you at all and the hold time passes, I have the right to relist the adopt without any prior warning
• No refunds after 2 weeks
• Redesigning any amount is ok! Just keep me credited as the original creator
• Reselling and retrading for any value is ok
  • (unless your only goal is to profit by upselling my adopts… I'm not gonna stop you but I am blacklisting you forever and giving you the finger waggle of shame.)
• Making open/closed species based off an adopt you bought = PLEASE run it by me first!
• Please do not make offers on characters that AREN'T in my Adopts folder
