• two brothers to reign from the capital in haimelheim
• the eldest (28) goes missing on a trip and his whereabouts is unknown
• this leaves the youngest (17) to take up the mantle but he is out of his depth
• one by one, the kings of inkirh are slain in their keeps, the assailant coming to be known as kingslayer
• as only 6 kings remain, this causes unrest and distrust across the land
• the remaining kings accuse one another of regicide, bar the youngest haimelheim who remains silent due to inexperience
• his silence is cause for concern, and the reminaing kings plot against the youngest haimelheim
