About time i make a TOS LOL

GENERAL:

1. Taking inspiration is welcome!!! However, please keep it to a certain amount (eg: colorpicking is fine, i dont own colors. but having the colors placed in the EXACT same areas and patterns is uncomfortable for me.)
If you want to use my color palettes I prefer you asking! I would love to see the design if you do as well :3
_{I can tell when a design is blatantly copied/colorpicked w/o asking ^^' I will block you.}

2. Please don't repost my work unless its a commission, or adopt that you got from me! Personal work I do not allow reposts but a design or commission is allowed (best with credit, but honestly I don't really mind)

3. Do not use my work in any problematic or disgusting ways. eg proshipping, hate speech, harassment. I will revoke the right to the work in question and you will be blocked.

4. Commercial use will be charged x2, for both commissions and adopts, if found being used commercially without permission/avoiding the charge I will revoke rights and blacklist you 

5. Art trades/ art offers I prefer to know your turnaround time, if over 1 month without updates I will drop the offer regardless if you complete it after or not. If you update me before the 1 month period (doesn't have to be complete, just an update) the timer resets

ADOPTS:

1. Please don't sell my designs for more than you obtained for unless you added on personal or commissioned artwork
2. I prefer to keep track of my designs so please don't hide/private them unless you authorize me
3. I do holds up to 2 weeks and payment plans with a down payment of at least 30%
4. If you back out, PLEASE let me know! I can understand most situations if theres ever any. However if it is a reoccurring issue (more than 3 times) I will blacklist you for the sake of both of us.
5. Backing out without communicating/ghosting me over 72 hours will result in an instant blacklist. Please try to communicate with me! I don't bite ^^'
6. 3 day cooldown in owning my designs, TBH it's not that big of a deal but seeing them getting insta-traded honestly makes me a little sad LMAO
7. Chargebacks = instant blacklist

COMMISSIONS:

1. I take upfront, Paypal payment only, I won't start the commission before you pay
2. Turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks, but may be longer as I am in uni an very busy, I will let you know however
3. I have the right to refuse any requests i'm not comfortable doing
4. I will not draw NSFW or anything problematic
