Deities & Immortals
From the radiant heavens, to the lowly earths, and sinking lower to the reviled underworlds, deities can be found in all sorts of places. Their godly influence is oft not to be questioned, and they come and go as they please. It is unusual for a deity to stay in one spot unless they are an old god.
Immortals are a curious case, mortals given a so called "gift" by a god who saw them useful for a while. Whether they outgrow their usefulness and must now live out a deathless life with no purpose, or they remain in perpetual servitude, immortals are oft not happy with their station in life. Dealing with deities is tricky business, consequences most always outweigh the benefits.
Two twins, once one entity that tore themself in half out of sheer hatred for the other. The Old Gods have existed since the beginning of the world and have despised each other for just as long.
