ADOPT TERMS OF SERVICE
I've recently re-entered the adopt scene and require a read-through of my Terms of Service before bidding for any of my adopts. (Last updated: 10/26/2023)
I do not allow backing out from OTA, flat-sales, auctions, or any adopt sale that provides payment. if a bidder backs out from payment, they will be blacklisted and unable to participate in future bids, events, and commissions. 
Once the adopt has been paid for, there will be no refunds. 
My designs are for personal use only. Commercial use is +500% of original price and must be discussed with me privately. 
My designs can only be resold for their original sale price. Commissions for said adopt can be included if proper proof of payment is provided. This does not count your own art of the adopt, sorry!
You are required to own a Toyhouse to own my designs. Deleting designs is prohibited.
If one of my designs is traded for art or characters, the next transaction can only be art or characters. Money worth is okay to list but if you didn't pay for my design then reselling for the original sale price is prohibited.
Notify me if you will be reselling my designs.

NOTICE
Under NO circumstances do I sell my designs on Amino. You can find my designs on DeviantArt, Toyhouse, and Instagram. I ask that you do not resell my designs on Amino if you are in possession of one of my designs.

BLACKLIST :  if you EVER see an individual on this list in possession of one of my designs, report it to me immediately. Thank you.
