if an adopt is listed as free, art offers are appreciated, but in order to get them for actually free instead of art is to ask me to put them on hold, then draw them!! or write about them!! i want them going to homes where they’ll actually be used. you can only adopt one free character as dta/wta tho, to be fair.

all the names are temporary, by the way, feel free to change absolutely anything when you get them/dta/wta. unless it’s specifically stated not to change something. otherwise it’s all fair game.
