Witchside Stories

A folder for the "main" (heavy air quotes) story of Witchside, revolving around the millennial magical girl Madeleine and her new roommate Kevin Heaven, and trying to survive living paycheck to paycheck while fighting crime.

Involves stories of others around town, such as:
- Madeleine's roommate Lazuli, an ex-witch student trying to get hired as a magical girl. Kind of pathetic and gets on Madeleine's nerves sometimes, but she does pay rent... but she also does things like bringing home a living doll so...
- Madeleine's old roommate Adina who was secretly blessed with a special device by a time deity that amplifies her latent time manipulation abilities. Her sudden improvement catapulted her into a new job with a highly-ranked magical girl organization, and she's having to learn to balance the stress & anxiety with side effects of the device...
- Madeleine's best friend, Mirela, has a massive crush on her coworker Beri, who hasn't seemed to notice at all. This may be a good thing, as Beri is actually a villain sidekick to Verri, the secret reclusive owner of their workplace. Mirela isn't on Verri's radar, however, as they're more preoccupied with fighting their nemesis.... Madeleine.
- Traveling half-orc Ishild may have moved to Majokyo partially because her ex said she'd never go back there, but she also wants to start a new career in the best city for magical denizens. Problem is, she can't take the heat - literally. She's the biggest fish out of water (save maybe the two weirdoes who also bake in the summer sun) and when she finally starts finding her footing, her ex is sighted around town.

This folder is for students, faculty, and alumni of Bloomingstar Academy, a school on the western side of Majokyo near the sea which (as the name suggests) specializes in teaching Nature and Star magic.

There are a couple stories that take place around this region or that involve those from here, such as:
- A mysterious nature spirit, nicknamed Kabo-Chan, seems to frequent the crop fields of Kiara's students at night, leaving behind a candle that - when kept lit - seems to bless the students with a plentiful harvest. After Chanterelle falls asleep on candle-watching duty, they wake up to find Cala, a living pumpkin, holding the burnt out candle. When Kiara's prodigy alumni Ambrosia starts looking into things, more mysteries begin to bloom.
- Dr. Cosmos has always been a bit eccentric and distant, but her skills in star magic are unparalleled. Her prized pupil Chandra becomes conflicted over how she feels about her mentor after meeting a mysterious antihero who reveals secrets about Dr. Cosmos that only a deity should know.
- Vivi is a talented potions witch, and lives not too far from the school, near the shoreline. Her girlfriend Loreley is a sea witch who likes to wreak havoc with other merfolk on polluters or illegal fishermen- Vivi moved nearby to live near her. Recently a student named "Py" showed up wanting to learn from Vivi as an apprentice, only for Lor to find out that no student with that name ever went to that school, along with other unusual behaviors that worry her...

A folder encompassing deities, demons, angels, and all other beings not fitting precisely into other folders. Less of a self contained story folder and more for the characters that cross over between multiple stories
- Hell's hijinks and shenanigans which includes her generals and other demons. She's been recently AWOL and unable to be gotten ahold of, leading to others disappearing while trying to find her as well...
- Galgaris has been having A Time trying to manage things above while Heaven is acting as Madeleine's roommate.
- Asteria, or "Lux", has taken an interest in this new world created by Heaven & Hell and has meddled slightly in Spectra's popularity. The added pressure has only increased Spectra's desire to find her mother, currently AWOL alongside Hell. Meanwhile, Salacia is eavesdropping on an incognito deity...
- Tardivina has begun researching the history of dragons after witnessing the slime dragon Marlusina, and is close to uncovering a major threat to Witchside's existence. Unfortunately, her small stature means no one usually pays any attention to her...

ones that need to be moved to other folders or that I don't have a place for yet as I haven't built up their supporting characters in their stories.

Stories involving the ex-members of the bunny band _{(that's not the real name I just haven't come up with one)} and what else they've gotten up to since disbanding their band.
There's also various shenanigans with the vampire candy vampire/candy band who have recently ended up in the spotlight thanks to some songs made with Leni of the bunny band.

A folder for Starchilds or Starkind, and those that interact closely with them. These are beings once created by Asteria in her previous universes. They normally don't interact with newer worlds as it is considered taboo, however some starkind consider this to be an outdated idea holding starkind back, and have run away to worlds such as Witchside. others are just too goofy and curious to be stopped from checking out new worlds. Some shenanigans ensue...

A folder for the various dragons and their deity that created them. Dragons in this universe are created from dead or abandoned worlds and repurposed into new life- either as a new dragon, or food for existing ones. As a result, sightings of dragons is commonly seen as a bad omen of the end of times.
