Random characters that I have yet to add.
Izumi Yasu: Name might change. Mother of Hikaru and Nari. A policewoman. Her quirk is the ability to move steels/iron. Rather brave and strong-willed.
Daisuke Yasu: Name might change. Father of Hikaru and Nari. A businessman. His quirk is the same stuff as the twins. Prefers taking things easy.
Silvia ???: Student from America. Quirk relates to chance and dice but not known. She doesn't know who her actual parents are and was adopted at a young age.
Mrs. ???: Silvia's actual mother. Is a villain along with her husband. Her quirk just makes her able to summon weapons. Both she and her husband reside in Japan.
Mr. ???: Silvia's actual father. A villain. His quirk is having prophetic dreams.
??? Zhang: Jaylen's older sister by 6-8 years (I haven't decided). She became somewhat of a pretty high ranked hero at a young age.
Jaylen's parents: weez- almost a todoroki situation but I'm salty. I'm changing the story a bit when I can but the basic gist is mother did love his father at some point and then divorce.
???: Villain. Part of Nari's old squad. She has a quirk that is like Delibird's pokemon move. or I'm misremembering how it worked. also chance related. 50/50 chance of having a good or bad gift
I’m back with another bulletin and more character stuff :3 I’m only doing a bulletin instead of an actual character profile cause my account is a mess.
Name: (not sure yet. Currently have Silvia but I already have a Silfie)
Hair: Long with a side bit (don’t know how to explain)
Hair color: Brown and goes more to orange at the end.
Personality: Loves taking risks, some even life threatening. She’s all about taking the most dangerous path and playing along with everyone’s bs.
Magical Ability: She specializes in magic that relates with chances, holding a pair of dice in her hands most of the time.
Fandom(?): Possibly none but heck just got slightly into Harry Potter ksskskskskks . If so, she’ll be in the either raven claw or slytherin.
To be honest, I don't know what a bulletin is. This is my first time doing one. I was going to just start making my character but I have so many incomplete characters so I'll keep this for later. A side note for my quirk idea is that it will be used for a villain character although it can easily be used for other uses.
Quirk Name: Baku / Dream Eater (Name will be finalized when I get time to do my character)
Quirk Abilities: The user has the ability to make people fall asleep just by touching them with their hands. In order to do so to a specific person, they must be focused on their target. Failure to do so will cause the quirk to falter and not work on the intended person. They can randomly make someone sleep when the user accidentally touches someone. (Without anything covering their hands) After the people fall into a deep sleep, the user of the quirk can peer into their dreams and 'steal them' like a Baku from the myths. This can cause either nightmares for the person or during battle, a random stat, negative or positive, will affect the user of the quirk. To be more accurate, the quirk will affect only the user positively, even if the affect of his dreams are negative or positive.
Quirk Downfalls: As previously said, if you want to use it on someone, there must be intense concentration. The user must also be wearing something on their hands in order not to accidentally user their quirk. They can only make 4 people sleep at a time and overuse of the quirk will cause them to have nightmares of their own and decrease a stat of theirs for some time.
Secret Move: ??? More will be revealed when my character is developed.
Special Equipment: The user has to wear something on their hands to prevent mishaps from happening. In my oc's case, they wear specially modified fingerless gloves that block them from doing anything wrong. (I mean they look like fingerless gloves but actually cover his fingers)
This is probably the most I've ever thought out a quirk, other then Hikaru's but it's probably even worse. Well, if anyone does read this, thank you for coming to my ted talk
