Somewhere within the city, a group of people have become the blunt of something truly unfortunate. resulting in the strength of their lights being heightened to levels of unknown proportions... they are trying to make sure the same fate doesnt happen to more residents of the city while unravelling the origins of the sinister group who did this to them.
