reason:
scamming, ghosting people, backing out of offers.

this user is well known for making offers and ghosting artists, and once called out on it, they rebrand and come back under a different name.
their style is very specific so it's extremely easy to recognize. please be careful to not get scammed too.

scamming part:
i bought an OC this person originally owned from a secondhand owner back in 2020.
back when kahluacoast owned the character, they got a plushie, lps, and fursuit parts for it.
the second owner didn't receive those items, to which i went to contact kahluacoast back in 2020 and ask for them to be shipped to me.
i noticed they started to get inactive on most social media, and eventually disappeared. a bit later, i was able to find them again and asked that my items
were shipped to me. they said they would do it, but since we were mid pandemic, i had to ask them to hold it for me as my post office was closed.
once everything was back to normal, i dmed them again to which i was ghosted. they once again disappeared. i found out a post on furaffinity by a
user that was selling what were my OCs fursuit paws. i immediately got in touch with this person only to find out it was kahluacoast pretending it wasnt them.
the ghosting+rebranding happened again. i was able to contact them again on a new account and they were upfront, saying they had sold or gave away
most of the items, and wasn't sure if there was any left. they said they would be willing to ship what was left. i was furious, and asked for a refund because
those items where not theirs to give away, and i paid $600 dollars, which means those items were included in the final price i paid for the character.
they said they were ok giving me a refund but once again i got ghosted.
theyre actively avoiding me and blocking me on accounts they make. i recently found out about kahluacoast and dmed them two times:
- sent them a first warning dm, saying that if they didnt reply to it and give my items back i would call them out. this dm was read.
- sent a second dm where i gave them a 24hour limit to get back to me. this dm was never open.
i am starting to think theyre gonna disappear and rebrand again giving that they havent logged in 5 days.

anyways, i was never able to connect or use the character fully because i felt like i was robbed.
i paid $600 full for the character and i expected to get those items, just to find out the person did whatever
to it like it was theirs. it was truly upsetting.

if you had any experiences with this user and youd like to add here feel free.
theyre now permanently blacklisted for my own safety. i still hope to get my refund.

⇢ i tend to hide my characters under authorization only sometimes.
if we are mutuals (i follow you back), feel free to ask to be authorized.
⇢ i am almost always online on toyhouse. i reply fast to comments or DMS.
⇢ masspinging me if i favorited a character is ok! i don't mind.

about my characters
⇢ please do no take intentional inspiration and make intentional inspired characters.
this means design, names, personality, etc.
my characters are a big coping method to my lack of identity. please be respectful.
⇢ i do not own names but due to paranoia and identity issues, i don't like seeing characters named the same as mine.
i might block you because of this! (This only applies for uncommon names. i wont block u for naming ur char Carl)
⇢ for pings: comment under the character profile you want to be pinged so i can ping you in the future!
⇢ main sonas and personalare completely offlimits and forever homed. i also do not do pings for them.
PLEASE DO NOT ADD THESE CHARACTERS TO "DREAMIES" FOLDERS. if i find them there, i'll delete your favorite.

offers:
⇢ again, please refer to folders when offering.
⇢ when a character is for offers, i'll specify what i want for them either via comments or on their profile.
 please, make sure to pay attention to that and offer what i'm asking for.
⇢ please do not ask about other characters from my toyhouse when i've offered you specific characters.
this makes me uncomfortable.

toyhouse interactions:
⇢ fav bombing is okay! i dont mind and i find it flattering.
⇢ i really do not mind about the rest of my OCS being put in dreamies folders. (except kisa, main sonas and special)
⇢ i don't mind having my characters referred to as dreamies, but please do not tell me
how bad you wish you owned them. this makes me deeply uncomfy.

blocking:
i often block people for a variety of reasons. i also tend to unblock randomly.
if you've been blocked and you want to talk it out, you're free to reach out on an alt account.
however, if i do not reply, please do not insist.

i often block because of:
⇢ you're a problematic person. this means ppl who draw/support/engage with feral porn, cp and all that shit.
⇢ you associate with someone who i do not like/has hurt me.
( this one is very subjective )
⇢ you try to get/make ripoffs of my sonas.
⇢ you're trying to copy my sonas.
⇢ you copy/trace mine or my sona's arts.


all i really ask is for you to be respectful and think about my feelings.
i have paid THOUSANDS to get my characters and seeing them getting ripped off/cheap copies hurts me.
my sonas mean a lot to me as they help me cope with mental illness.
please, be conscious about what you do.
