jk but really this has been happening often enough for me to have to say something about it so!

if you're co-owning or potentially co-owning a character with me, here are the details of what that implies!

• the character is publicly yours
  • you have their public profile on your toyhouse
  • you can get commissions
  • do whatever you like! you don't even need to keep my backstory or anything i've associated with them!
• you can trade the character if and when you'd want to.
  • though i would suggest letting your recipient know that they are co-owned with me!
  • also, if you want, you can let me know you're planning on trading them so i could potentially offer for full ownership again! if not, do as you please!
• i would only be rping the character privately on discord with my friend. nothing will be publicly posted on here regarding that! i would just reserve the right to roleplay that character in my own private time.
• if you get commissions of them, you can send them to me as well (or you don't have to, that's also fine!) and if that's not an issue for you, then i'll send you the ones i get, too (for free)!
• the character would be reuploaded to my toyhouse but would be set to private, and only my authorized users can see it.
  • this is for the purpose of keeping track of the art i have (god forbid my laptop breaks), and to use it for art references for artists
  • they would be marked down with "co-owned" and with you tagged, just in case.
• if at any point you're not comfortable with co-owning anymore, come to me. we can trade back, or i can pay you for the character back, get art for you, etc. we can work something out for both of us!
