General

• You may upload the artwork created to any site you wish, so long as I am credited for the piece. Please credit mantaraes when uploading to toyhouse, and any of my social media on other sites.
• Turnaround for all commissions varies and will be stated and agreed upon before taking payment. Typically I will aim for within 2 weeks unless it’s a large piece of artwork (eg. sketchpage or reference sheet with 3-4 shaded pieces).

Payment

• All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP/£). Please check any currency conversions you may need to before claiming a slot.
• Payment will be taken upfront and through a PayPal invoice. You have 48 hours to pay the invoice once it is sent, otherwise it will be cancelled along with your commission
• Payment plans are not accepted for commissions.
• I can hold a commission slot for 3 days so long as your PayPal email is provided within 24 hours. I will cancel the invoice if it isn’t paid within the 3 days/72 hours after the invoice has been sent.

Refunds

• Once payment is sent a full refund can be requested up until the sketch has been started. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued unless I am unable to complete the commission for any reason.

Commission Process

• You will be shown a sketch of the commission that you will need to approve. I will be able to make as many large changes at this point to make sure the commission is how you desire. I will then make the changes and send it again for approval. 
• I will allow further changes but after the 3rd resketch there will be an extra charge of £5 per resketch, so please make sure you point out everything that needs to be changed as soon as possible.
• Once the sketch is approved for lining, I will not make any more large changes.
• Minor changes (such as eye direction) can be made to the lineart once I ask for approval of the lineart, but once approved you cannot ask for these changes later on.
• Any mistakes on my behalf (incorrect ear shape, missing piercings etc) can be altered at any point up until the commission is fully completed and emailed to you, though please make sure you check for these in the sketch and lineart phases.
• After the lineart is approved, I will colour (and shade if it’s included in the commission) and send the final for your approval. Any mistakes in the markings of your character (and parts that I have missed when shading) can be altered until the final is approved.
• Once approved, you will receive the file of the commission in PNG. format, along with a transparent version.

Custom Design Process (comes BEFORE commission process if you are buying a custom)

• I will send you 3 rough designs for you to choose from before starting the actual reference. You can choose aspects from each design to merge together, and for colour palette changes.
• Once the rough design is improved, I will move on to sketching the reference.
• Once lined, I will colour with the chosen design. At this point, small details such as shifting a marking slightly can be changed, but the basis of the overall design will remain the same.
