1.1 You can contact me at [email protected] or through one of my social networks to discuss the commission. If I accept, a full deposit must be made before I start the commission.

⊱ • 2. Commissions Process

2.1 All WIPS will be sent for your approval, being allowed up to 3 changes in total (3 changes for the WHOLE commission, not 3 for each step). Depending on the complexity, an extra fee may be applied. After your approval, I will start finishing it. If you ask for Artistic Freedom, you lose your right to ask changes in the art.
2.2 Sketch Process,
- You are able to change: pose, anatomy, clothes, the whole character or choose a new one;
- If you use all the 3 free changes, every new change will cost $10 USD.
2.3 Lineart Process
- You are able to change: small details and expression;
- If you use all the 3 free changes, every new change will cost $20 USD.
2.4 Flat Color Process
- You are able to change: Color scheme only if I did wrong, add very small details;
- If you use all the 3 free changes, every new change will cost $30 USD.
2.5 The time the art piece is finished, approved and sent by email/social network, I DON'T MAKE ANY CHANGE in the art.
2.6 EXTRA INFROMATION: I use all digital and, if necessary, traditional media to produce the artwork. I use various art software and art techniques to optimize production time and the quality of the final product, whether it's purchasing supplies, signatures, image manipulation, creating art and images, outsourcing, among others. I reserve the right to do this without question and without obligation to explain my methods, and the client will be aware of this when making the payment.
2.6 The first time the buyer post your commission, I ask to post it with a direct link for any of my social media! It helps me a lot with growth and engagement! You can access the links CLICKING HERE. In the other times, you can just write my name or nickname.
2.7 By agreeing to these terms, you give me permission to use the images in my portfolio for promotion purposes. If you don’t want me to post the WIP or final artwork, you must inform me before starting the commission and tell me the reason. You can request the withdrawal of any personal info you wish (like name, birthday dates, etc).
2.8 When complete, the final image will be sent to you in high resolution by email, Discord or Telegram.

⊱ • 3. References

3.1 Send me references, pose images, everything you can to make the process easier. If it's an original character, give all the details you can. If you want, tell me a bit of their story, but get straight to the point!
3.2 I don’t have problems with AI images if you see that’s necessary to use for reference and help me to get the better work for you. But remember I WILL NOT COPY THE AI IMAGE!!! I’m gonna just use as part of reference you sent to me.

⊱ • 4. Turn Around Time

4.1 Time varies from commission to commission. Check in the Commissions Info of each commission AD.
4.2 If you need it fast or for a specific date, I have an extra cost for it. Larger pieces may take more time. The deadline price is individual, and depends on the date you want, the complexity of the work and how many commissions I am going to skip to start yours.
4.3 Please, avoid asking for progress, specially if you didn't pay for a deadline. Follow the queue through Trello, by there you can check everything. Sending frequent messages asking about the process disturbs me and takes more time to finish the work.

4.5 ABOUT DELAYS. In order not to upset customers and to avoid embarrassment, I DO NOT SEND PRIVATE MESSAGES ABOUT DELAYS OR PERSONAL PROBLEMS, unless they are VERY NECESSARY! But I do post EVERYTHING on my Billboard Channel, my schedule, important messages and information about delays. ACCESS THE BILLBOARD CLICKING HERE
4.6 The buyer have the RIGHT to message me about the commission at any time if they feel embarrassed or wronged for any reason. But be aware of my opening hours!
4.7 OPENING HOURS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 8am to 13pm -3 GMT (Brazil). I don’t answer on Wednsday and Weekends.

⊱ • 5. Payment

5.1 PAYMENT METHOD: Paypal for International Transactions, PIX for Brazilian Transactions.
100% of the total amount must be deposited in advance to take a slot.
50/50 Payment System (first at the beginning and the rest at the end) are available only for long term clients. Available after, at least, 4 commissions or adoptables purchased.
Holds are available only with 25% of the commission value amount deposited for short periods (until 2 weeks) and 50% for long periods (until 4 weeks). I won’t do more than 4 week hold and by passing the stimated time (25% for 2 weeks and 50% for 4 weeks), I’ll cancel the slot. The amount deposited WON’T BE REFUNDED!!! The client keeping or not the commission, this value aren’t available for refund, it’s the hold fee!

⊱ • 6. Content

6.1 I have no problem with most topics, I like a challenge and I am always willing to try something new.
6.2 I do not make discriminatory content, hate speech or "philias" under any circumstances.
6.3 I CAN DO: Humans, Humanoids, Furries, Ferals, Fanart, Closed Species, Robots n Mechas, kids, elders, monsters, NSFW (p-rn, g-re, v-re, etc), vent with text, etc etc etc, I don't have problem with the most of themes and I don't have topic sensitive issues (exception of the WON'T DO topics).
6.4 I WON’T DO: NSFW if the character are a CHILD OR A FERAL (No philia allowed), Political (Pls no), Stolen characters and Copy the style of other artist

⊱ • 7. Permissions

7.1 COMMISSIONS FOR PRIVATE USE
- ✅ You can post the image on your personal website or as part of an online collection, as long as the credit is given to me as artist.
  ✅ You can print the image for your personal use. Show your friends, put it on your wall, put it on any clothing or miscellaneous item, etc ...
  ✅ You can cut (but no further modifications) the image for your personal use as an avatar or profile image.
- ❌ You CANNOT modify the image without my specific written consent.
  ❌ You CANNOT claim credit for creating the image in any way.
  ❌ You may not use this image for profit. No print sales, no sale of items with the image printed on them, do not use it as an example to sell your own work, or use it as an ad or promotional image without my specific written consent.
  ❌ You CANNOT sell the art as NFT.
  ❌ You may not use this image for promotional or official media. Do not use it in flyers, business cards, advertisements or other promotional materials for any event, person or organization, whether for profit or not, without our specific written consent.
7.2 COMMISSIONS FOR COMMERCIAL USE
- It will be necessary to formalize a contract for the proper uses. Fees will be applied that vary from case to case.

⊱ • 8. Withdraw by the buyer and refunds

8.1 If you need to cancel your commission for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on how much of your work has been made, you may receive a partial refund of the amount paid so far (a full refund will not be possible).
8.2 By asking the refund, the buyer automatically guarantees me that the worked may be changed and completed for my personal gallery work.
8.3 About the refunds:
- If I don't started your Commission: I'll only discount the PayPal fees, and the rest will be returned.
- If I have already do the Sketch: a fee of 50% over the amount already deposited will be charged, and the rest returned.
- If I already did the lineart, colors and shadows: NO REFUNDS
- Refunds AREN'T available on time!
  If I have the money at the time, it takes 3 to 5 business days to be available for me and then returned for you!
  If I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY at the time, I'll try to get the money as fast as I can, but at the very least it may take a month.

⊱ • 9. Withdraw by the artist

9.1 I reserve the right to cancel a commission anytime for any reason.
9.2 If I cancel for personal reasons, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid so far or a credit of a future commission slot.
9.3 If I'm forced to cancel due to unpleasant customer behavior, no refund will be made. I won't tolerate coercion or harassment from customers under any circumstances.

⊱ • 10. COPYRIGHTS

10.1 I retain copyright on drawings made for my clients, although the characters still remain theirs. The image will not be sold to anyone and will be posted in my personal gallery only for promotion purposes. I will allow the clients to display it in their own galleries only with permission (check the topic 7).

🔞 UNDERAGED CUSTOMERS 🔞

• When underage customer buy an adopt, they are automatically supposed to have parental permission to do so. I won't make refunds because "my child bought it without my permission".

• If you buy a NSFW Adopt, you AGREE you have 18 years old or more.

• Most of the bases are from other artists, check their names in the description of every post.

• Once you paid for the adoptables, you can use for anything except for commercial use.

• You can give them to a friend or trade the character.

• You can choose the character's gender, name, species, whatever.

• You can change species and small details. Just as long as it resembles the original adoptable.

• You can sell the character but not for more than you paid, unless there’s extra art.

• The first time you post the original adoptable file anywhere, you need credit me for the design (@lilies_boutique or nouvelian) and credit the base artist. Do not claim the lines/base and/or designs as your own.
