While Heiza thinks Goemon is annoying at times, like an uncle who's too affectionate sometimes, he feels deeply thankful to him for his company during his imprisonment at the family castle and loves him like the brother he is. That doesn't stop him from rejecting and shoving him whenever he gets too close.
Despite Heiza being the heir that wasn't rejected, Goemon loves his half-brother with all his heart. Sometimes he catches himself feeling bitter, but redirects it towards his parents. Goemon has witnessed his entire childhood and growth into adulthood and kept him company during his 100 year long curfew.
A friend with benefits, but also an actual friend. Daichi enjoy's Goemon's company and is always happy to be around him. He cares about the man on a personal level and will be beside him no matter what... as bros, of course. Obviously.

Since their friendship (with benefits) is far distance, they have to resort to messaging for communication, but that doesn't stop them from engaging in... things.

Souma's half cousin. He personally likes him and thinks of him somewhat of a distant elder brother.
Heiza doesn't like admitting that he likes his elder half brother, but still falls back onto his support and help the moment he reappeared in his life. The two get along rather well regardless of their personality clashes, as Goemon is able to handle Heizas anger outbursts pretty well and knows how to easily calm him down.
Heiza is his half brother. Although they spent a lot of time together as young kids, after some time the contact became scarce. He's rather fond of him and likes to hug and dote on him, even though he knows that it gets on Heiza's nerves.
He doesn't particularly hate nor like Seijuro, but prefers not to have to deal with him. For some reason the mayor's son keeps starving himself until desperation, which often results in Souma having to provide blood and other services.
Though their relationship can't really be called a friendship, Seijuro often depends on Souma's guidance, considering him much more suited for a simple life than himself.
He doesn't know whether to trust him or not, though he was raised to generally not trust strangers. His cousin doesn't seem to like him, so Heiza is very reluctant to engage with this man.
The beautiful heir of a fellow noble family... and Seijuro's estranged former husband. Although their marriage was short-lived and out of convenience, Seijuro grew fond of Heiza, that fondness turning into actual love. He feels deeply guilty about the end of their relationship and for the part he inadvertently took in Heiza's suffering.
While his interest started thanks to Heiza's physical similarity to his cousin, Daichi soon developed a crush once they got closer. He likes talking and hanging out with Heiza, but decided to not push for a relationship, giving the Kurogane the space Daichi thinks he wants.
Much like his cousin, he thinks of him as a puppy, but also a potential romantic interest. He knows Daichi likes him, but he feels unable to return those feelings on the same scale. Still, he allows him to be in his life as a friend even after their rocky start.
A sweet young man who was once his sugar baby, now upgraded to his boyfriend. Seijuro cares deeply for Heiza and does his best to make him happy. Through his interactions with Heiza, he has grown from a spoiled young master to the respectful head of his family, learning how to be responsible and caring in his own way.
After some struggle with the Yakuza boss pursuing him relentlessly, he's somehow now his sugar baby?!
Heiza has come to realize that he cares about and likes Seijuro, and wants to make "that old and weak man" happy as he knows of all the hardships he's gone through. Their agreement evolved to them dating, though the daddy and baby dynamics are still very much in tact, albeit Heiza is gentler with him now.

Although Souma is his elder cousin, and from a branch family, he calls him "niisan" or occasionally "niisama". Heiza looks up to his cousin and respects him deeply. Although not consciously, he's growing up to be a lot like him.
Souma is very protective of his cousin and acts as a guardian figure for him. They live together in his house with his clinic downstairs.

An angel that crossed his path and changed his life. Mihail didn't appreciate his company in the beginning, but he eventually came to see him as a friend. He would protect Belial with his life.
First only stalked Mihail to kill him later on. However he turned out to be kind and a good person, leaving Bebe with the decision to keep him alive. He wouldn't admit in front of him, but Bebe wouldn't want to lose him now. Will cry if something bad happens to him.
Update: They dating
From a bodyguard he only wanted to mess with to a man he felt a powerful attraction to and, finally, his husband. Adriaan keeps his cool around Madoka in public, but truth to be told he finds it hard to not be all over him when they're alone. In his own way he adores the man and will do his best to protect him, even though Madoka is still his bodyguard.
He used to detest his client, but after a chain of events and a lot of time, Madoka grew accustomed to him and the life as his bodyguard. He's rather passive about their relationship and considers himself merely his bodyguard, yet he has grown dependent on his company and leadership, to the point that they are now married through arrangement.
His boyfriend. The two had a bit of a rocky start and he didn't like the guy at all, but after 7 years he has come to accept his feelings towards him.
First Jin had always been just an object of sexual desire to him. Then his friend. After 7 years, although at first not being interested in a relationship, offered him to date. Would beat everyone up for him.
Equal levels of respect and dislike, though he acts cordial with Souma.
Doesn't trust him and wants him to stay away from Nico and Heiza, but why is he so damn attractive?!
Work colleagues. Personally doesn't trust the man due to former problems between the two, but is willing to believe when Nico says he's a good man.
Absolutely does not like him for being a smartass.
Daichi's idol and something of a platonic crush. He aspires to be like the man someday.
His little pupper, will tolerate most of his bullshit although he used to really dislike him.
