Longiflorum

Longiflorum is a magical girl-esque story that tells the events that happen to the protag, Lily, as her world begins to crumble. Mysterious forces begin to invade Earth, ones that existed millions of years before our current Earth came into existence. These are referred to as 'demons' by modern humans, but they have existed by our side for many years, never having the power or numbers before to attempt to overthrow us. Unexplained creatures and occurrences throughout history is usually due to these beings. The Gods up in Heaven must deploy Angels to help protect Earth from its eventual destruction, as without human life or any life at all they would cease to exist. Lily becomes caught up in this alongside her friends, and they join the fight as Angels. What seemed to be a non-serious game to them at first eventually ends up being disastrous and they may lose everything they've ever known.
