A few things you should know before continuing...

• Hi! Welcome to muttmutt's TOS! Please have a read before gaining access to my profile.

By continuing, you are agreeing to the following rules...

• You will not use my characters in your own lore without my permission. You can not ship my character with yours, they can not be friends or even know of each others existences unless I've stated as such.

• You will not steal my characters, copy my characters' designs or sell my characters. This includes NFTs and uploading to AI algorithms.

• If I have made you a character or if you have bought an adopt, you will not sell them for a higher price than what we agreed to. If your character is free, you can give them away for free. If you made art, you can trade them for art etc. You can only increase their pricing if their value has gone up by adding art or other items, sentimental value does not count.

• You must credit myself and the orignal artist of any base that I use at all times. As with fanart, it is welcome as long as you give me proper credit. Your fanart must not include the following: nsfw, gore (Maddox excluded but please ask first), drugs (420 excluded for Oswald, Dexter and Jasper. Each have their own aesthetics when it comes to 420, please ask), ship art (friendship is okay) and any offensive contexts
