please read my terms of service before buying anything from me, they arent too strict but it still includes things worth noting!! one thing that has come to my attention is that people are selling my designs without asking permission, which isnt the biggest issue in the world, but it is something that i would appreciate! thank you ^_^

⚓️TOS

- do not heavily redesign characters you bought from me without asking permission

- (commissions) i only accept refunds/cancellations before the sketch phase, however if there is an emergency i am open to discussing things!

- (adopts) refunds for adopts can be discussed depending on the situation. i will not, however, accept refunds if you bought a character and suddenly dont want it anymore!

- (adopts) do not buy an adopt just to sell/trade it immediately. at least wait a week before trading/selling it please!

- do not use my art/designs as only trade fodder. it feels really lame as i do not want my art treated as some soulless product! that being said, this is the same reason why i am tentative to do commissions/customs, as i would like to prevent my art from becoming meaningless and corporate (i still do commissions/customs though! only when i mentally can, all of my art has love put into it 🐟💙) 

- this is a given, but please do not trace, steal, or draw nsfw of my characters/art. even if you buy a design/commission art from me, this still applies

- do not resell my designs without permission

- another given, but do not interact with me whatsoever if you are a bigot, pedo, zoo, etc

- in addition to this, i would prefer if southpark fans stayed away from my work
