These rules apply to any adoptables originally created by me at nidoqueenofhearts or at lilligant! Please make sure they're acceptable to you before choosing to purchase one of my adoptables.

1. Adoptables may not be used to promote bigoted content. This includes sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, and so on. This does not mean the character created based on the adoptable cannot be a bigot or otherwise villainous—if you adopt one of my designs and want to apply it to a bigoted character for your story, that's fine. You may not use the designs on your non-fictional powerpoint presentation about why gays are evil or whatever, though.
2. Regifting and reselling is acceptable for all adoptables. Please do not resell at a higher price than you purchased the adoptable at without additional art or content.
3. You may use your own art to add value to the adoptable. I understand that this isn't standard practice, but 1) I don't care and 2) I believe your art has worth!
4. Modifications to the design are permissible to whatever extent you so desire, with the exception of whitewashing people of color, which is not permitted.
   
5. Designs are for personal use only. Please contact me to discuss terms of commercial use.
6. Please credit me for the design where it is appropriate (ex. on Toyhouse character pages in the credit section). Credit when art of the design is posted elsewhere is cool, but not necessary. That said, if design credits are requested by someone, please provide them, and do not claim the design to be wholly your own. Credit to either of my Toyhouse accounts, nidoqueenofhearts or lilligant; or to my art Twitter at MagicalGurll is acceptable.
7. No part of my work, including but not limited to purchased designs and their original art, may be used as part of NFTs.
   
8. Refunds are not available after purchase.
