Characters here don't have full concepts/stories, and I likewise need to give them some, though I haven't- yet--

Thus, they are W.I.Ps, and will sit here in waiting until their story has a decent enough opportunity to shine.

Characters here can be offered upon however, I will be a tad pickier than normal.
