✦ Terms of Service

• By commissioning me, you acknowledge and accept my terms of service
• Customers are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited
• You may not use my artwork for ai art sites
• You may use the commissioned work for personal use only (such as avatars, signatures, wallpapers, etc.), but credit must be given
• You may repost the artwork with credit and link to my ko-fi
• You may not erase my signature
• I may charge extra for complicated designs
• I reserve the rights to the artwork, so you may not use the commissioned work for any commercial projects without express permission, nor redistribute the artwork as your own
• I reverse the right to refuse any commission for any reason without question
  

• WIPs are provided after every noticeable alteration done
• Progress will be put on hold until the commissioner approves the WIP
• I will fix any mistakes if notified after providing a WIP for free
• I won't fix/edit mistakes for free if they are due to a mistake in reference, or due to something you forgot to mention when approving the WIP
• I won't make major changes to the artwork once it's completed. I will crop the image or move the watermark if requested
• Please give me up to a week to finish your commission

• You will get a full refund if you cancel before I've started the commission
• If I've already started the commission, you will be refunded a portion equivalent to what hasn't been done (if you paid for a shaded piece and I've only done the lineart, you would be refunded the flat color and shading price)

• I accept half of the payment upfront and the other half when finished
