The Backbone of Strength
Noire is on the east side of Heliophoria. Their morals rely in family ties and competition. While they may not be prone to helping strangers, they believe in helping each other out if it benefits the community as a whole. Most inhabitants here live by a code of honor and will fight to the death for their loved ones. They're not the brightest and are less advanced than Luxure, usually living in shambles. They lack religious faith in comparison and stay together in packs amongst themselves.
