Hey everyone 😭 so I've noticed sales on adoptables have slowed down A LOT in the past 6 months or so (not just my own though, I'm noticing even artists who previously would sell out of entire batches in a day getting much less interest than before?) I have no idea why, if everyone is just broke these days or is moving to different sites I don't know about?? It's a real shame though, i love both designing and collecting adopts and I wish the community didn't feel so quiet recently 🥲
But anyway..... I promise I didn't make this bulletin just to complain lmao. I wanted to ask you guys if there's any other things you'd be more interested in?? Because if I start posting adopts less often I'd like to put that time into something else (I also can't really afford to lose the small extra income I get from it unfortunately.... life has been kinda tough on me recently 🫠) I could do more YCHs or small commissions (chibis etc.), make more bases for my shop, do customs, anything else?
I'd love to know what kind of stuff people were interested in before I decide which things to try next, any suggestions would be great!! 💖
(ps. Those of you who gave me your characters for potential free chibis before christmas, I am still planning on doing those!! I've just been super busy until now omg, but I will be picking some to draw soon 💗)

I need some characters to use as examples for a new commission type I want to offer, so I decided to open up requests for a bit!! 💕 If you'd like one, please comment with a choice of one character, either as IC or a link, with what expression/emotion you'd like (if none is given I'll just pick something myself!). All species are ok, furry/human/creature/mecha included!
Unfortunately I won't be able to do everyone, I'll probably pick 3 or 4 overall depending on which designs will work best for me since I'm gonna be drawing a couple of my own guys too.
I don't have an example of what they'll look like since this is kind of experimental, but you can see some of my regular art here or here (if it helps you decide who to pick or anything like that) though please be aware that these are gonna be super tiny drawings!! Smaller than normal chibis, and complex designs will have to be simplified.

- Being ok with me posting them as examples on tumblr/twitter, and my comms info page!!
I'm aiming to get these done before Christmas but I can't guarantee it knowing how my life always gets in December 💀 But I'll do my best!

I'm working on a batch of chibi adoptables for halloween and I'd love to hear any suggestions for specific little beasts you guys would like to see!!! bugs especially (I already have a scorpion and a centipede) there are a mix of humans, hybrid(/humanoid with animal features) and anthros in the batch. I'd especially like to do some really unusual or uncommon species 💜💜💜
