Hi Yes!

The species is called "Nuus" (plural) and its creator is AintArt (that's her TH). Currently, the species is in Amino (actively, although they can be registered through this same platform; it is preferable to be in the amino to be up to date).

If you have more doubts, ask, I don't bite!
