I go by the name of Piscimo on the interwebs. I'm a hobbyist concept artist that has an experimental style that changes occasionally. I specialize in making aliens and studying science fiction with a more hard science basis that tends to be grounded in practicality, at least some of the time.

I am currently making a world for my characters known as the "Synapse Project" (working title), a space opera that is set throughout parts of  the Milky Way Galaxy, and deals with the challenges of aliens dealing with intergalactic sentient life, especially in terms of what exactly defies as "sentient" through the different planets the characters visit.

A lot of them tend to prefer swords due to the fact that technology while traveling to less advanced planets is limited and what exactly is taken when visiting could potentially be reverse engineered, so a pact that the governments of said planets put in place should cease the ability for an arms race to occur at least for the time being.

A potential comic series may come from this with time, but first I will have to add more characters. So far, the lore was rebuilt twice from the ground up and is now headed in a good place, especially because now I have a more consistent art style to back it up.

The current planets in the lore are Tervium (the protagonist, Azerius' planet), Gehona, Doksei, and Tsanulu. Earth, Mars, and Venus may appear in the lore as well but I do not plan to touch them for a long time, because the story starts in the 22nd century in the Gregorian calendar.
