The following terms apply to all sales and breedings purchased from Portofino. The rules are fairly simple, but feel free to reach out if you have any questions! <3

• 01: Please notify me once you've used a breeding slot, so that the parents' breeding lists can be updated accordingly. Same applies to posting the design/ref!
  
  
• 02: Reselling is allowed with no official strings attached. You are not required to notify or give first dibs when selling the horse/foal on, but it is greatly appreciated so that I can keep track of where they end up (or maybe put in an offer)!
  
  
• 03: You are not required to mark a parent slot on foals produced by Portofino horses, but it is greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you do so, so that I don't miss it!
  
  
• 04: Foals may be designed by whoever you choose, as long as you have permission to use the design. I am often willing to design for a fee if you reach out to me.
