An intelligence network which protects the normal citizens of Castropia from harm. This council holds a considerable amount of power in the kingdom, and its members are often the top graduates from Magocina. There are nine separate bureaus within the council, each with its own tasks and responsibilities to carry out.

The Fountain of Hope lies at the centre of this forest. Legends says whoever drinks from the fountain will be granted three wishes from Cupio, the goddess of desire. But in turn, however, the forest will be destroyed. Despite this, many selfish people have set out for the fountain, yet not a single one ever returned- and even if they did, they wouldn’t last long enough to tell the tale.

This peculiar kingdom is not only hidden high among the clouds, but also covered by a veil of nightmares. Only those who possess an ability to control dreams can enter. Few actually believes that it exists. To many, it is just a legend.

Despite being a small street, it is cramped with stalls from one end to the other. The items you'll find here are nonpareil in quality- and its extortionate prices. During the night, this street bustles with both aristocrats and wide-eyed lowlives, and the clinking of gold-filled pouches can be heard at every turn.
