This is going to be short and sweet just because I do not have too many requirements or expectations because the standards I do set up are definite so the fewer the better :].

1) You can reference, get inspiration, etc etc off my designs. Color picking is not PREFERABLE however as long as it in no way plagiarizes/copies my intellectual property aka the entire character design, I don’t mind. This only applies for characters I Own. Please follow individual tos under characters I have designed but others own. If they don’t want referencing or color picking, then don’t.
2) Inspiration off my world building is fine but please don’t outright copy a lot of it. Just ask if you have any questions I try to be understanding.
3) Gift art has no monetary value! Please don’t use gifts to boost the worth  of a character. Friends and mutuals are the exception I don’t care if you guys do that.
4) you can edit my art and designs upon purchase I don’t care, just don’t remove my credit as the creator/artist. By extension you may also majorly change a design if designed but you still have to credit me.
5) Not a requirement but I’d prefer if you do not hide my designed characters  from me. Authorize me to see a character if you’ve hidden it if possible because I like knowing where my designs end up out of curiosity, but if not possible it’s ok. I

6) When making  hypos or breedables for the love of god do not copy my designs it’s ok if they look similar. This is a huge pet peeve and I will get on you if you don’t listen to this. Just ask me if a design is ok if you have questions on th DMs or discord @FloridianTumor#7579.
7) By purchasing my art or designs you have to be ok with me using it in a  portfolio or as an art example.
8) I separate  business and personal feelings. I will not revoke rights to my art or designs or black list users because of personal opinion. However if a user interferes with my ability to sell art, breaks tos with tracing or theft or causes me any sort of major issues I will black list them. Please do not sell black listed users my characters; however they can still own designs they got before hand and I’m fine with them buying ocs with my art to their name.
9) elaborating on 4, you're allowed to make different versions of an oc like a bayfox version if its a cat, i really do not care just credit me as original designer.
10) You have to be ok with the fact i reference off old previous designs, particularly accessories so I will reuse certain design element, but never the whole thing. I will specify if this is the case before hand or if I'll be redesigning an oc. I am always up front about this.
