To change one's form.. solely to know me better; to try and understand.. it is all very strange.. is this emotion? Is this 'feeling'? I cannot understand his motive; his foolishness. Yet, I wish to understand.
As much as they gripe and moan about not feeling anything, I know I see *something* in their gaze. The way they watch my every move and I can see them trying to work out what I'm thinking. Speaking of their longing for my cornerstone, yet beyond that- I think.. I think something has changed. They don't even attempt to take it, when they're more than capable. You, unfeeling one, I see emotion being born within you, though you doubt.
"He's the sorta fella I'd call 'spicy nice'. Likes to act sorta tough, but I think he's actually real nice. I like sparring with him and going against each other in competition! S'a great challenge and you never know who's coming out on top!! That's the stuff of life right there! I will say, their horns must be heavy with how high he holds his nose in the sky. Maybe he just needs to do some neck strengthening exercises?" Said with oblivious sincerity and concern.. smh.
Look at them, looks all nice and friendly and then won‘t stop bragging about his successful hunts nd what he does for the town n stuff… I get it, you think you‘re better at hunting, but believe me - I‘ll show you what I am capable of. Acts all nice around me n everyone but I bet deep inside you just wanna show off, eh?“ (spoiler: they don‘t. Someone needs to work on their attitude)
