UPDATED OCTOBER 16TH, 2022

By commissioning me, you agree to the below terms. Some terms may be negotiable if discussed prior to commissioning me.

1. GENERAL TERMS

• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
• I may adjust my prices depending on demand and other factors. Price changes will not impact orders in progress.
• To order 18+ artwork, you must be 18 years or older.

• I accept payment through PayPal invoices.
• All amounts given are in USD. Other currencies can be converted through PayPal.
• Payment is typically 100% upfront. I am willing to discuss alternate payment plans if needed, though.

• Throughout the process, I will communicate via Toyhouse private messages. I can also use email or Discord upon request.
• I typically have commissions done within 2 weeks. More complicated commissions and some craft commissions may take longer. This may also fluctuate depending on personal factors. I will communicate to the best of my ability if unforeseen delays come up.
• I may or may not show work-in-progress stages. Please let me know in advance if you need work-in-progress previews.
• The client may request revisions at any point before approving the final artwork. Minor adjustments (color adjustments or adjustments requiring less than 10% of the image to be redrawn) are free. 3+ separate minor adjustments and/or major adjustments (adjustments requiring 10% of the image or more to be redrawn) may incur an additional fee at my discretion, except in cases where I have misunderstood the client's request.
• Once the client has approved the finished artwork, I will not do any more revisions (regardless of their intensity) without additional payment.

• If you have a deadline, please communicate it beforehand. Rush orders may have an additional fee.
• The final product will be delivered via Toyhouse private messages unless otherwise requested. I can also email or send files over Discord upon request.
• No physical product will be delivered.

• I am based in the United States, and will ship all packages from here using USPS or UPS.
• Domestic shipping is included on all orders $50+. The client is to cover shipping on all orders $49 and below.
• International shipping may be available, but should be communicated beforehand so I can ensure everything is able to ship and pass customs. International shipping charges will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
• I will send a tracking number as soon as I have shipped an item. Please allow a day or two for tracking information to update.
• I will package the product to the best of my ability. However, damages may still occur to fragile items in transit. If an item arrives damaged, please send me an image of the damages within 7 days of the package's arrival. Depending on the extent of the damage, I may offer advice on repairs, a partial refund, and/or a discounted replacement. In the event of lost packages, please let me know if a package has not arrived within 7 days of its predicted arrival. I have linked more information about lost/damaged package claims for USPS and UPS.

• I am very willing to adjust my terms on a case-by-case basis with clients!
• Please contact me if any issues come up. I am glad to work together on finding a solution.
• Toyhouse private messages are my default method of communicating with clients. However, if preferred, clients may reach out to me at my Discord (robot#5487) or contact me privately for my business email.

• use the finished artwork to promote myself and my services,
• display it on personal websites, portfolios, social medias, etc.

• claim any character(s) depicted as my own.

If the client is uncomfortable with a commission being posted, they may request that I keep it private before approving the finished artwork. This is purely a courtesy, and I still retain my rights.

The client may:

• use the commissioned piece(s) for non-commercial purposes,
• create prints or other physical versions of the artwork (for personal use only),
• repost the artwork, use it as an asset on profiles, use it as a profile picture, etc. Proper credit is always appreciated.

• use the commissioned piece(s) for commercial purposes (making money off of the artwork: t-shirt sales, print sales, using it as an asset in a monetized game, etc),
• use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in that realm,
• claim the artwork as their own,
• alter the artwork without my consent,
• trace the artwork or otherwise reuse assets from it without my consent.

8. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

• If I am unable to start a commission, the client will receive a full refund.
• If the client cancels a commission before I have started, they will receive a full refund.
• If the order is cancelled after I have started working on it, I may issue a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
• For digital works: no refunds will be given after the final order has been approved.
• For physical crafts: if damage/loss occurs in transit, I may offer a refund and/or discounted replacement on a case-by-case basis. Loss/damage must be brought to my attention within 7 days of scheduled arrival.
• Please do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money myself.
• If the client requests a PayPal chargeback for any refund I have not approved, they will lose all rights to the commissioned piece. I will also have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with conversations on the commission as evidence that I have completed work for the client.

These terms do not retroactively apply to any of my past commissions- however, I would appreciate if they were respected nonetheless.
