Please read through the terms carefully. Failure to follow any part of my TOS will result in being blacklisted. If you are blacklisted, the following will be withheld: Designs, customs, commissions, and P2U resources. If you are caught selling or buying for those who have been blacklisted, this may result in being blacklisted.

General TOS

• Do not steal or trace any of my art
• Do not claim credit for my art or designs
• Do not remove my watermark
• You may not repost/upload my art to other websites unless it commissioned with proper credit
• My art is made for personal use, please do not use them for commercial use
• My art is not authorized for use in AI datasets

Commissions

• I reserve the right to deny commissions when they are ordered
• Upon payment edits cannot be requested
• Refunds will not be provided for completed products (refunds will be provided if I cannot finish the product due to illness, lack of time, unavailable tools, etc.)
• Commercial use is prohibited unless commissioned for this specific purpose

Customs & Designs

• Do not sell designs you get for free (Free art in any character's portfolio must be excluded from a character's pricing if they are sold)
• Do not re-sell characters until 2 weeks after purchase
• Do not sell product for more than paid unless it provides more art, stories, etc.
• Designs cannot be altered unless art of original design is provided and I am notified beforehand

Other Resources

• Redistribution of resources (F2U and P2U) is prohibited
• Adopts on bases are allowed as long as proper credit is provided
• Do not erase my watermark, feel free to move it around as long as it is visible
