T.O.S. ♡ [commissions]

  The amount of time it takes for me to be complete commissions or art trades tends to vary, depending on my motivation, but I always make an effort to communicate with my commissioner if it takes me more than a couple days to finish!! 

 I do not refund based on dissatisfaction alone, because I put real effort into all of my comms. I will not refund after art work is completed, UNLESS we have discussed otherwise and you bring me a valid reason. After I have sent a sketch, I can only refund half the price of the commission, and I will let you keep the sketch. However, I will not finish the piece if it is refunded. If I have not started the art, you may receive a full refund! 

  Do NOT use my artwork for generative AI under ANY circumstances. Do NOT erase/cover my watermark. If you plan to share the commissioned work, I wish to still be credited. If you plan to use my art for commercial use, there will be an additional fee, which can be discussed privately.

 

T.O.S. ♡ [characters]

  Do not sell a character for more than what you paid for, UNLESS you have added to the value of the character (redesign/added artwork) 

  Feel free to redesign oc's of mine that you own, as long as it's still recognizable. 

  If I gifted you a character for free, do not trade/sell that character without speaking to me first. I will be much more lenient about certain characters being traded/sold. (Not applicable to characters won in a raffle)
