Adoptables 

• Full rights for personal use of the character/design are obtained once payment is received in full. Artwork may be used non-commercially by the owner, but the art still remains the artist's (and can be used as examples, portfolio pieces, self promotion, etc) Commercial use requires a signed contract. Please reach out to me for access to my commercial use contract. 
•  All purchases are non-refundable. Full resolution images and alternate versions (lineart, PSDs, etc) are available upon request, but not guaranteed 10 days after the sale. Please obtain these as soon as possible. The buyer may redistribute the artwork AS LONG AS they do not intend to resell the work and give credit is given. 
• The design may not be resold as an NFT or involved in any crypto transaction for any reason.  
• Adoptables may be gifted or traded, but may not be resold for more than their resell value and this does not go down if the adopt is then resold or gifted/traded to a third party. Resell value can be raised upon appraisal. The buyer agrees to trust my judgement in deciding the resale value for added art.
• Please contact me in the event of any transfer so that I can update the masterlist to prevent faulty sales. This is the buyer's tool to assure legitimate sales and prevent scams. I am not responsible for refunding re-sales that are not legitimate. 

Commissions

• The buyer is aware that turnaround times may vary. The buyer may ask for an update at any time and expect a reply in 1-2 business days (M-F) If a specific deadline is needed it must be communicated prior to [Scholz] accepting the commission. 
• Once commissions has been discussed and approved, the buyer will provide a paypal email to receive an invoice at. 
• Work on the commission begins only once full payment has been received. 
• Full resolution images and alternate versions (lineart, PSDs, etc) are available upon request, but not guaranteed 10 days after the sale. Please obtain these as soon as possible. The buyer may redistribute the artwork AS LONG AS they do not intend to resell the work and give credit is given. Refunds for commissions may be considered on a case by case basis.

• Buyers are entitled to 1 major edit to the sketch or lineart and one color edit. Any edits after this are subject to my hourly rate at the time of request. I may deny further edit requests at any point after delivering the final render.

• If you would like to commission me for commercial use please include that in your inquiry. 

The character may be tweaked in the following ways, designs that have been massively altered may not be considered for commercial use contracts unless changes are discussed.

• renaming the character
• creating/changing their personality
• editing or designing new accessories and clothing 
• changing markings
• changing their physical appearance as much as you want
• changing the design's species
• creating alternate forms/versions of the designs. 
• changing their gender

Obtaining commercial use 

• Please reach out to me directly to inquire about the commercial use contract.
• No designs or artworks may be used commercially without completion of contract. 
• Pay any additional fees. 
• Designs sold for AB price are automatically considered for commercial use pending contract completion. 
• I retain the rights to decline to extend commercial rights to a buyer for reasons including but not limited to the following: disagreeing with the message of the project or finding it against my own values, refusal to credit me appropriately, failure to complete a contract.

Payments 

All payments are made through paypal. I only accept payments made in USD, I am not responsible for any differences in price due to conversion rate and require full payment in USD for the list price.
